The Whipping Post's main goal is to focus on metal played by Christians. However, some of the reviews on this site will not fall into that category.  While many zines focus on music only and ignore the message put forth by the bands (whether positive or negative), it's the intent of The Whipping Post to give all bands a fair review, while keeping fans informed as to what the bands stand for...if anything. 

ATTENTION!!!  Ratings are based on a 1 to 10 scale.
